The latest touring car challenger, the Lynk & Co 03+ TCR, is now open to customer orders worldwide for the 2027 season after a successful launch this year. Car builder Teamwork Motorsport will also provide extensive customer support, and will also be working with Lynk & Co which will be launching a driver academy to align with the global TCR pyramid.
The Lynk & Co 03+ TCR has made a very successful debut in the TCR China championship in 2026. With 13 cars built before the season opener of the national championship, the cutting-edge touring car has enjoyed runaway success, winning six of the first eight races of the season, with 13 podium finishes, and is leading the drivers’, rookies’ and teams’ categories heading into the final rounds.
Teamwork Motorsport’s focus for the car is sustainable performance for customer racing. The car is designed from the outset to be fast and reliable, but also cost-efficient to maintain, with competitive running costs without compromising performance.
The Lynk & Co 03+ TCR project is also customer-oriented. While outright success is a goal for the model, the primary aim is to sell and support customer racing programmes all over the world, in keeping with the core philosophy of TCR.
All Lynk & Co 03+ TCR customers will receive full data and set-up support. They will also have access to a global spare parts supply network to provide on-site parts and technical support for all major TCR categories.
A brand with a rich recent history
Lynk & Co is a young brand that has taken motorsport very seriously. The Lynk & Co 03 road car has proven to be a perfect base model for touring car racing. The model has won nine drivers’ and teams’ titles in FIA World Touring Car competition since 2019, and Teamwork Motorsport’s new-generation 03+ TCR aims to build on that legacy.
Teamwork Motorsport also has extensive experience with the previous-generation model, having taken 13 titles in the TCR China and TCR Asia championships since 2020.
Driver academy
The Lynk & Co Driver Academy will be launched in 2027, and all customer racing drivers will be automatically enrolled. The programme is a global initiative, providing training activities and support for drivers’ career progression up the touring car pyramid, with programmes set in many regions.
Pre-orders invited
The new Lynk & Co 03+ TCR will be available for the start of all 2027 campaigns, but orders must be finalised soon, so that cars can be prepared and delivered in time. Customers are requested to place their orders before mid-November 2026 to be ready for the 2027 season. The car has already attracted strong interest, but only a limited number of new Lynk & Co 03+ TCRs are available for 2027.

“The 03+ TCR has been built around our customers from day one, so to see it performing so strongly in its first season in China gives us great confidence as we open orders worldwide. Our aim is to give teams a car that is fast, reliable and cost-efficient to run, backed by full support, a comprehensive parts network, and we’re also delighted to be working with Lynk & Co to launch the new Lynk & Co Driver Academy. We’d encourage anyone planning a 2027 programme to order soon, as availability is limited.”
Marcello LOTTI, WSC Group president:
“We are very pleased to welcome a new model that is now available for sale to TCR customer teams. WSC has never stopped stressing that the concept at the basis of TCR competition is to offer customer teams the opportunity to buy the TCR certified racing cars at an affordable price and to benefit from the technical support of the manufacturers and engineering companies that build them.
“We take our hats off to Teamwork Motorsport for the huge enthusiastic effort with which they have embarked in this ambitious project and can’t wait to see the Lynk & Co 03+ TCR to be raced by customer teams around the world.”
